Adam is a member of the Executive Committee, Director of Client Relations and the Director responsible for leading our Programme Management Service line. A Chartered Surveyor, Adam’s career started in Cost Management, evolving into a Project Management role followed by a period in Management Consultancy before embarking on Programme Management some ten years ago.
In his thirty-year career so far, Adam has worked across a range of sectors including housing, defence, public realm, culture, commercial offices, retail, life sciences and healthcare. In the last decade he has focussed on the life sciences and healthcare sector which led to him joining Lexica in 2015 to establish a Programme Management team. The Programme Management team, comprising 15 specialists is currently helping to deliver complex programmes with a capital value of over £3bn.
Adam is an experienced facilitator and leader with specialisms in Risk Management, Project Health Checks, Lessons learned, Governance and Strategic Planning.
