Derbyshire Police and Fire incorporated a Partnership LLP (DPFP LLP) to enable Derbyshire Constabulary and the Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service to jointly develop and own a Headquarters building and a Training Centre. Collectively, these organisations employ over 4,500 staff and are responsible for managing risk for over 1 million people across more than 1,000 square miles.
